Payment Terms

A 30% deposit secures your cabin. The balance is due 45 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Should you need to cancel, the following charges apply:

• More than 90 days before departure: US$300 per person
• 90 to 61 days: 35% of the voyage fare
• 60 to 31 days: 50%
• 30 to 20 days: 70%
• 19 to 9 days: 80%
• 8 days or less: 100%

Travel insurance is recommended. If you’re not quite ready, it’s worth waiting. The Mekong is worth doing right.
