We are both well traveled and this was definitely a "trip of a lifetime". The service and hospitality were impeccable —feeling like one big family. The daily itineraries take you to out-of-the-way places — riding bikes thru rice fields to rural temples to speak with an 80-year-old monk, visiting local rural homes to understand cottage industries, to small scale business preparing local sweets or rice paper, and local cuisine. This is truly a five star experience
